GES WILL CONSTRUCT A 244MW WIND FARM IN MEXICO
The project is located in Nuevo Leon
GES will start the construction of a new wind farm located in Nuevo Leon (Mexico) in September. The wind farm will have an installed capacity of 244MW and will be able to generate 850GWh/y, which will reduce the CO2 production by 390.000 tonnes every year.
GES will be in charge of the civil works, including the 83 foundations and platforms, 52 km of roads, supply and construction of the met masts and the médium voltage grid.
GES is currently working in the construction of 200 MW in Mexico. A country in which the company has a long experience. During the last past ten years, GES has constructed 1,1 GW of wind energy, which positions the company as a referent in the market.
