OUR EXPERIENCE
GES is a pioneer of the renewable sector.
With more than 25 years experience, GES is a referent in construction and services for the wind and solar
1994
1997
2002-2003
GES starts its international expansion with the set up of the Italian and Mexican companies.
2004
2006-2007
International expansion goes ahead with the maintenance contract in many European countries and the set up of the US, Morocco, and Egypt companies
2009
The company consolidates its international growth adding the Chilean and Romanian companies to the project.
The company is structured in business units for its services of construction, installation and maintenance. The integration of the different companies under a single group become true and the corporate services are stablished to fulfill GES needs.
2012
GES consolidates its latam markets by adding important projects both in Mexico and Chile.
GES release its ethical code including its code of conduct, the anticorruption code and the rest of head and safety politics of the company.
2014
A Solar Business Unit is created to promote the singularities of this activity. Activity in Latam continous growing from the Mexican and Chilean hubs, GES starts working for Guatemala’s and Uruguay’s projects.
2017
CL Grupo Industrial acquires GES to complete its renewable portfolio.

According to the procurement politics, all GES' subcontractors must comply with the Health and Safety norms, including a procedure for the qualification of suppliers to ensure the companies standards.
All GES' good governance norms apply for company's providers and subcontractors working for GES. Providers and subcontractors must ensure the compliance of the code of conduct of the company.

Likewise, as part of our environmental commitment, we have registered our carbon footprint in the Registry of Carbon Footprint, Compensation and Carbon Dioxide Absorption Projects of the “Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica y el Reto Demográfico” (Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge).
After more than four years reducing our emissions, we have achieved the CALCULATE+REDUCE seal in 2021 with a reduction of 24.26%.
This progress is part of the strategy of continuing to promote the circular economy by reducing the carbon footprint for years to come.
