GES COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF ITS FIRST MEXICO PV PLANT
GES has completed its first Mexico PV plant in the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. GES was in charge for the complete EPC of the plant, including the evacuation of electrical infrastructures, the setup substation, overhead transmission line and a new bay erected at the Kambul CFE substation.
The plant is currently in a trial period and everything is getting ready for its entry into operation, scheduled for the coming weeks.
This is the first PV plant GES constructs in Mexico, after more than a decade in the country, where the Spanish multinational is a benchmark for the wind industry, thanks to the 1,1GW already constructed.
